Brian Talks Tradition.
"I’ve been thinking a lot about tradition lately. Everyone has their yearly rituals. With their friends. With their families. Their co-workers. Their loved ones.
For me, tradition is doing the familiar things I love in all the great cities around the world. We’ve been on the road this year more than ever, but I’ve become more appreciative of it because after 6 years of this band I’ve found my place at “home” in so many amazing places. Little traditions.
Touring has been good to my soul. From “home” shows and jazz nights in Los Angeles, to The Clubhouse and Mexican food in Arizona, from the Tin Roof and Whiskey Kitchen in Nashville, to Homemade Fireball and House of Blues Chicago, and epic birthdays on the lower east side in New York City, touring this country has been amazing to us.
I’ve seen the Australian Open, had sushi in Japan and wine in France, and have met some of my best friends on countless tours of The UK. I couldn’t ask for anything more.
There’s something amazing about finding pieces of home in every city. Places to come back to every time I come around. I’ve made so many amazing friends all around the world, and we wouldn’t have played the iHeartRadio Festival or Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade this year without the unbelievable support from 6 years of fans who’ve become friends. I wanna thank all of you. You guys have made this year the best year of my life.
Here’s to tradition.”

GK x Gypsy Warrior Party!
On October 24th we threw a party at The Counting Room in Brooklyn with our lovely friends at Gypsy Warrior to celebrate our product launching in their stores. There were gift bags, awesome tunes courtesy of our own Marky Capicotto and friend Jay Fresh, and beer provided by our buds at Narragansett Lager. There was a great turnout and everyone had an amazing time. Looking forward to more events in the near future!
Special thanks to Nicky Digital for the awesome pictures!

Jack Barakat talks ATL
"I’d have to say this has been the craziest year for All Time Low yet. We managed to pull off two world tours, won a Kerrang award, toured Europe with Green Day, met Queen, played new countries, ate weird foods, played shows with Blink in Australia, released a deluxe album that broke the top 20 first week. Um…wow.
Truly couldn’t have asked for a better showing from the fans, as well. Every single show we played this year was fantastic. Every time we took the stage it was exhilarating to see you guys go off. Thanks for everything ya’ll. Look forward to coming back next year, more rested and stronger than ever.

Glamour Kills x Effy Harvard
This October we caught up with our favorite Southern lady, the lovely Effy Harvard, for some fun hangs around the city. Read what she had to say about her start in modeling and her style:
1. Where are you from/ how did you get into modeling?
I grew up in Spring, Texas, right outside Houston. When I was two weeks into college, I had an epiphany that I wanted to give modeling a shot, so I dropped out and began submitting photos of me online to numerous agencies, and I finally a contract via email. Then I immediately packed my things and moved across the country!
2. How would you define your style?
My style is very casual, simple, and comfortable. My clothes are in the darker end of the spectrum with an oversize fit. I also end up in the boys section, their shirts fit me better. :]
3. What’s your favorite trend this Fall/Winter?
The new winter line for Glamour Kills is awesome! I love the plaid hoodies, baseball tees, and varsity jackets; they should be in everyones closet. My very favorite item is “The Henderson Jacket,” fits so perfect!
4. What’s your fashion guilty pleasure?
My fashion guilty pleasure would spending an embarrassing amount of time on tumblr browsing style blogs. Also I have no control when I shop online, especially if I am doing it for “retail therapy.”
5. What’s your advice to people who are looking to change up their look?
If you want to change up your look, go for it! It is a good thing to constantly discover new things about yourself (likes, dislikes, ect.) Looking at inspiration will help naturally draw you to finding out what you ultimately want in your look.

You Can’t Take It With You
Just under my photo, there’s green text that says “Organ Donor.” When I was 16 and getting my driver’s license, they asked me if I’d like it printed there. I’d heard the rumors. People said if you were an organ donor, paramedics wouldn’t work as hard to save your life. I called bullshit. Print it. Take my heart for someone who needs it. You can’t take it with you.
Third period of my first day of high school, my teacher walked in and told us he wanted an essay from everyone about dying empty. I found it morbid. I was young, full of life and I was sure as shit planning to die fulfilled. I wanted to soak up every ounce of this life. I wanted to see every corner of the world and so empty was not an option for me. Of course, that’s not what he meant.
I think I was 18 when I truly realized that I don’t believe in god. The last hurdle for me was the same as it is for a lot of people. We’re afraid to die and rightfully so. Religion quells some of that fear. The idea of an afterlife is comforting. You do some nice things, you give 10% of your income to the church, you follow the rules and you get an everlasting paradise.
I’ve relegated myself to the idea that this is the only shot I’ve got. I’ve started to understand what my 10th grade English teacher was talking about. For me, there’s no eternity, no reincarnation, no pearly gates. For me, the only shot at being infinite I have is to leave a legacy worth remembering. I wasn’t born empty. We’re not shells waiting to be filled in by the world. We aren’t a collection of the things we’ve seen. We’re born with something to offer. We’re born full of potential. Potential to change the world. Potential to break down walls. We’re born full of life and I’m pouring mine out everyday. I’m giving it to everyone I meet because someday, I’m gonna die; we all are, and when that day comes, you can’t take it with you.
